Most importantly, through our mediation services, you retain absolute control over the course of your case; a control you forfeit if you proceed to trial and place your dispute in the hands of either a judge or jury - a loss of control and rise in uncertainty that all entrenched litigants experience. Our services are not based on hope, but on proven mediation and negotiation strategies, theories, and techniques that allow participants, working together, to reach the resolution they choose.
Finally, we want to honor your mediation privacy. As such, we ask all participants to sign a confidentiality agreement at the start of the mediation so that the process will remain confidential and statements made during the session are privileged (unless you agree to the contrary). When your resolution is achieved, it will be reduced into a written agreement.

Our Mediators
MEDIATION FEE SCHEDULE
• Our fees are usually divided equally between the parties, unless they have agreed to another arrangement.
• There is a one-time, non-refundable administrative fee of $100 per party.

HALF DAY MATTER (four hours or less of mediation hearing time) - $1,800 (consists of mediation hearing, review, and preparation time) |

FULL DAY MATTER (up to eight hours of mediation hearing time) - $3,000 (consists of mediation hearing, review, and preparation time) |

RATE: $300 per hour |
The fees for your mediation hearing must be paid at least seven days in advance of the hearing date. Such fees will be the joint and several obligation of all counsel.
CANCELLATION POLICY
• Notices of cancellation must be submitted to our office in writing (with copies to all parties).
• Cancellation notice of 7 to 14 days - $200
• Cancellation notice of less than 7 days - Full payment required
• Cancellation fees are to be paid by the cancelling party, unless otherwise agreed upon.
RESCHEDULING POLICY
• Notices of cancellation must be submitted to our office in writing (with copies to all parties).
• Rescheduling notice of less than 7 days - Full payment required.
• First rescheduling notice (with notice of 7 days or more) - No Charge
• Second rescheduling notice (with notice of 7 days or more) - $200
• Rescheduling fees are to be paid by the rescheduling party, unless otherwise agreed upon.
